The company is the appointed enterprise to mainly produce cupola and produce melting auxiliary equipment and small casting machine equipment during period of “8-5-year plan” ordered by state ministry of machine-electric. In 1992, the production office of State Department (No. 36 file of state living and technique reconstructing) invested 6.2 million Yuan to extend the production dimension; after tens of years hard work, it established a good image in market and owned wide users in whole country; therefore, it has become the one and only partner with China Weapon Industry Corporation and Shanghai Electric Group for the equipment of domestic cupola; furthermore, the company has united exported the water-cooled longevous cupola to Thailand (SME company) and Viet Nam (Xinlong Pipe Casting Company); and exported product to the city of EU—Toulon of Holland that has very strict quality control independently, which got high appraise from international market for equipment manufacture of our country. The company has developed into the largest unit to research and produce the cupola, automatic mixing furnace material and cleaning dust for cupola.

The technical power of company has reached first position in manufacturing cupola in our country. We have independent research institute for melting technique. The president of cupola technical group of China foundry machinery committee professor Song Qiang joins in our company and shoulders the general technical adviser and leader of research institute in our company. The company has six senior engineers, thirteen professional engineering designers and twenty three technicians. Our company has established cooperation relationships with many professional design institutes such as No.4, No. 6 and No. 9 design institute of machinery department, Shandong Design Institute, Yantai Industrial Design Institute, Beijing Wuzhou Design Institute and Linyi Industrial Design Institute and so forth; moreover, the company has cooperated many items successfully. In 2004, our company has taken many technical exchanges with the largest manufacture of cupola Germany KUTTNA and America EC & S.
Locating in Qingdao Jiaozhou Taiwan industrial park, the company covers 80,000 square meters with owning abundant production capacity such as tens of advanced equipment like numerical control shearing machine, numerical control automatic welder and numerical control cutting machine and so on. The company has carried out the baiting through numerical control cutting machine for producing cupola. The company widely adopts DC welder, invert welder, co2 protection welder and automatic pulse argon arc welding and automatic hidden arc welding; for the main part, the company adopts the criterion of pressure vessel. The flange of heat exchanger adopts integral pressing. For the main welding line, the company uses the ultrasonic to detect the flaw. All these techniques and production methods ensures the absolute superiority and creditable quality of cupola equipment produced by our company.
